Looks like someone can dish it out, but they can’t it out. Last month Mario Lavandeira aka “Perez Hilton”, filed a lawsuit against Elizabeth Silver-Fagan, the woman behind perezrevenge.com. She was accused of creating the impression that her website was associated with and/or endorsed by Perez himself. Considering that the site served more of a purpose for bashing him - similar to what he does to other people - there really wasn’t much room for confusion. However, as of last night, the site has been taken down.

I’m guessing Piggy’s lawyers sent her web host a few emails and they crumbled under his e-power.

EDIT Rumors are floating around that the website will return under a different name. Yay for freedom of speech and democracy. Take that fatso!

Gossip blogger Perez Hilton has outed Aussie whinger singer Delta Goodrem as a smoker in the new issue of Famous magazine.

He writes, “I went around for tea at my fave Aussie Delta Goodrem’s place the other day. She is the cutest thing, she’s even learning sign language - she’s like Miss Perfect. Although she does have one little flaw - she smokes and I hate cigarettes!”

Delta’s mom Lea denied the wild allegation, saying that goody gumdrops Delta has never touched a cigarette in her life. Delta’s rep added “I know that some singers do smoke but she is not one of them.” Yeah, yeah, yeah. I guess you’re going to tell me her shit don’t stink too?

I’m a little confused as to why Pigez is outing Delta as a smoker when he should be focusing his attention on outing her big gay boyfriend. Pole smoker alert! But seriously, if Delta wants to smoke, let her! In fact, I’m going to send over a box of Marlboro’s right now. You’ll be thanking me down the track when she’s no longer able to sing from coughing up ash.
